Q – How do I buy from you?
A – Each of our products have individual pages and can be added to your basket. You can find these using the search bar or please email us your application if you aren’t sure on the product you require.
Q – I need the suitable primer or accessories to match the product, how do I find these?
A – All of the relevant primers or related accessories for our products will be linked on the product page. These can be purchased as bundles or alone.
Q – Do you have trade accounts?
A – Yes we have the facilities to open trade accounts, please email us to ask for an account form. info@completeconstructionproducts.co.uk
Collections
Q – Can I collect a product from you?
A – Yes, dependant on stock levels any product available for collection will have this option available when checking out.
Q – I have ordered for collection, when can I come and pick this up?
A – We are open for collections between 8am – 3pm. Your order will usually be ready to collect approx. 1 hour after ordering.
Q – Where do I collect my goods?
A – You would pick these up from our trade counter located at - Unit 1-3, Fishwicks Industrial Estate, Kilbuck Lane, St. Helens, WA11 9SZ
Q – What reference do I use when collecting?
A – Please provide your name, business (if applicable) and order number when collecting.
Pricing
All prices are listed both exclusive and inclusive of VAT, where appropriate. Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail.
